Since joining Lynch Logistics in November 2025, Caleb has become an invaluable part of our night shift operation for Amazon. Through one of our busiest peak seasons, he consistently showed up ready to work, often navigating snowstorms and difficult weather conditions while helping keep our operation running seven days a week.
Caleb exemplifies our DRIVE Core Values every day. He has been incredibly dependable, resourceful, and versatile as our Amazon business has continued to grow. Throughout the year, he has managed the challenges of working with an outside transportation provider, coordinating with an ever-changing group of drivers, and helping keep operations moving despite shifting schedules and unexpected obstacles.
As package volumes increased, including processing more than 125,000 Amazon packages in June and supporting unusually high-volume weekends, Caleb found ways to stay ahead of the work by planning around truck arrivals, balancing outbound and inbound freight, and adjusting priorities to keep the operation running efficiently.
His willingness to step up has also made a tremendous difference. Whether stretching his schedule to cover six-day weeks, working split shifts, receiving inbound Somic freight, helping with Wayfair loads, restacking Amazon pallets, stickering freight, sweeping floors, or assisting other divisions when needed, Caleb never hesitates to do what is needed for the success of the team.
One of Caleb’s greatest contributions is the consistency and reliability he brings to the night shift. His positive attitude, flexibility, and commitment to getting the job done have earned the trust of his teammates and leaders. He has become a steady presence that our operation can count on, and his contributions have played a significant role in the continued success of our customer partnerships.
