Matt is a seasoned financial executive and certified project management professional based in Maine, with over three decades of leadership experience across the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and building supply industries. Prior to joining Lynch Group, he held senior financial leadership roles at Ware Butler Building Supply, RH Foster Energy, JSI Store Fixtures, and Dead River Company, where he was instrumental in driving profitability, leading enterprise system implementations, and managing complex financial operations.
